To logout of the system, simply close your browser. The system will automatically logout users after a period of extended inactivity. If this happens, you may experience strange messages from your browser. You should simply close your browser and log into the site again.
The system will be shut-down infrequently for routine maintenance. In most situations, the shut-down schedule will be posted in the Late Breaking New section in advance of the shut-down. If you get logged out during this period, relax...eat lunch...and log back in when the system comes back online.
To use this Support System, you must have Internet Explorer 4.01 or higher. Other browsers may work, but they are not supported. In addition, you will need the latest version of Virtual Machine (VM) running on your computer. Both VM and Internet Explorer can be obtained for free from by visiting Microsoft. If you have any questions regarding either application, please contact your system administrator.
The first time you visit the secured portion of this site, you may be prompted to accept certain downloads. You must accept these downloads in order to run the application. You will also be prompted the first time you run a Crystal Report, accept this also. Depending on your personalized browser security settings, you may not be prompted to accept the application downloads. This may result in a blank list of Available Modules and/or blank reports. If this happens to you, please contact your system administrator.
Due to the data intensive nature of the site application, it best used with a monitor resolution of 1024x768 or higher. Ask your system administrator if you need help changing your resolution.
